Description:

1970 Ford Bronco

Selling my insanely cool 1970 Bronco. Lots of upgrades, including power brake booster, power steering (gm canned ham), AX15 5-speed trans, custom roll cage, Wild Horses heavy duty leaf springs and U- bolts, seat belts, and Holley Sniper fuel injection and ignition, with timing control.
Has a reman roller cam 351W from a '90s era F-150, chosen for the roller lifters and one piece rear main seal and oil pan seal. Wild Horses ceramic headers. Less than 700 miles on engine.
Rebuilt transfer case with interlocks removed so each drive shaft can be independent.
Too many other things to list. Runs insanely well, like a newer vehicle. Starts and idles nice and smooth. The Holley Sniper works great, just very different from a carb. Easy starts, no stinky exhaust. It does make air sucking noise while warming up and self-adjusting, which is normal. Cruises down the highway in 5th gear nice and straight at around 1700 rpms. Has plenty of power, but never Dyno tested.
I have the original white hard top but it has not been refinished. Also comes with a Bestop ragtop. I only ever drove it with no top, as it should be...lol
The paint was finished in winter of 2017 and looks fantastic. It was originally puke-yellow, now beautiful metallic gray. There are a couple small knicks in the paint now. I will try to upload pics of these later. New carpeting with thermal barrier underneath. I ran heavy duty speaker wires under the carpet for future use.
Please remember, this is NOT a newer vehicle. It's 50 years old. This was not a frame off restoration because it wasn't rusty. It rattles. It has no air conditioning. However, I did install 3 groove V-belt pullies for a future a/c install, but never got around to it. No adaptive cruise control or lane-change assist. Still has original drum brakes because, honestly, they work fine! I did, however, replace every single piece of rubber brake line for safety. I also never even put a stereo back into her because I preferred the sounds of the exhaust, ;) But please know what you're getting into with a truck this old....you're getting a beautiful truck that turns heads, but not everyone will know how to fix should something go wrong - that's all.
Serious buyers please ask questions. Local buyers welcome to come look.
I hate to see her go, but hopefully someone else will drive it more than me. She's not happy locked up in a garage.
