1989 Ford Mustang LX 5.0

This is a 3rd Generation 25th Anniversary Mustang. A West Coast car with a clear WA State Title showing original registration and mileage documentation. Adult owned, driven, and maintained. Always garaged since new. I am the second owner. I've owned this car for 21 years and am reluctantly forced to sell due to relocation without an available garage or safe parking. Purchased the car in 1998 at 52,467 miles from the original owner who kept the car immaculate. He had the factory match (#3R) Medium Shadow Blue high quality clear-coat repaint after a mall parking lot fender bender. The finish still looks excellent today. A few tiny marks that are mostly unnoticeable. No fading or wear anywhere. The car looks like new.
General maintenance done at 80,000 miles, with receipt, includes: 4 new Goodyear Eagle GT's, car alarm, tune-up, replace belts & hoses, good compression test, new brakes, shocks, struts, and a new Interstate battery. Both trans and rear end gear lube were changed and the brake fluid was changed as well (prevents corrosion in the lines).
The only engine upgrades made to this car are a more efficient Ford manifold with 65mm throttle body, an oil cooler, and an open-air intake with a lifetime K&N filter. Otherwise the engine is stock. A stainless steel exhaust system was added with better tubular headers, an off road H-pipe, and Magnaflow (#337338) mufflers. Nice deep tone, not too loud, and a noticeable increase in performance and fuel efficiency. The car runs and drives excellent. The under hood sound insulation is still basically intact. NOTE: As there is no emission test required to register this car in WA State, the exhaust system is NOT equipped with catalytic converters which would have to be replaced if your state requires an emission test for this year car. All other standard and original emission equipment comes with the car.
Interior is in excellent condition with a smooth shifting transmission and an adjustable clutch cable upgrade to the original clutch. Added triple-gauge cluster in the center dash (factory gauges on the drivers side work as well). This car was never smoked in and the center console ashtray is converted to a little storage box. All options work including the original Ford am/fm stereo premium sound system with tape cassette and clock, fully adjustable air-cushioned seats, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, power windows, power outside mirrors, power locks, and the map light. All original owner manuals and option manuals that came with the car new are in the glove box.
