This 1930 Ford Model A Tudor features a the desirable B 4 cylinder engine, 3 manual speed transmission and has been elderly adult owned. It runs well and has been extremely well cared for. This Model A has been over- maintained and is in outstanding condition. The interior is beautiful, the exterior is rust free, the wheels are in superb shape, and it runs and drives very well.
This Model A had an extensive restoration 40+ years ago but has been driven sparingly. Anything that ever went wrong with this Model A was fixed right, including regular oil and fluid changes. Everything we tested works including the horn.
Given the condition of the interior, engine, transmission and body, it is hard to find anything cleaner than this. We were impressed with how well the engine starts, runs and idles and how well it shifts and drives. The brakes are typical original Model A and are manual drum.

The paint is outstanding and we believe it may be the original color combination. There are very minor marks, chips etc, on the body but it is the nicest we have seen over the years. It is a nice honest Model A in outstanding shape for the age. We also have a book with restoration notes, an owner's manual, some receipts, and a clear title.

Note that we know the engine number is the VIN as with many antique cars. We do not know if the engine matches the frame as we will not disassemble the vehicle to see if the frame matches. Please do your research on this or other concerns prior to bidding.

If you are looking for a new car, no squeaks or rattles, or the reliability of a Toyota Camry, this car is not for you. If you like a bit of patina, understand what you are buying and that this is for parades and trails and are an early Ford enthusiast like us, this vehicle deserves a closer look. They are a basic vehicle, with marginal brakes by today's standards, and no protection. We ask that bidders know what they are buying.
