1955 Ford Fairlane

Up for auction is this beautifully done 1955 Ford Sunliner Convertible.The car was purchased 35 years ago and and had a mild custom done 30 years ago. It is painted Snowshoe White and Seafoam Green, with White Pearl in the clearcoat. The car is powered by a 351 Cleveland, from a 1970 Torino GT. Transmission is a C-6. Front spindles, Disc Brakes and Master Cylinder were installed from a '79 Granada. 8 inch rear end-with drum brakes. Aftermarket A/C blows cold.It has a functional 3/4 Carson power top. It has a Wolf Whistle and Flamethrowers. The tail lights are from a 1956 Packard, overlaid/butted over original quarter panels, which could be restored back to original if desired. It has Coker Classic Whitewalls- New- 205/75R15. The hood is Louvered and it has a tube grille.


Engine has no more than 10k on it, and the transmission has less, as it was rebuilt after the engine.

This car was enjoyed for many years by its owners and has wonmanyawards. Unfortunately the time has come to sell the car. Please keep in mind, it has a 30 year old restoration and is driven and enjoyed.It is still a beautiful car.It turns heads everywhere it goes.It is not a trailer queen.
