Description:

1962 Ford Falcon

I am selling my 1962 Ford Falcon 2 door station wagon hot rod project. Rot free California Car. I bought this car 7 years ago in Califonia as a complete straight stock wagon with the intention of building it as a hot rod with an Australian Ford Aluminum Head Cross Flow Six cyl engine.
This project started with an amazingly original one repaint straight and solid old lady owned car. Yes it has a few dings but I dont think its ever been hit and those quarterss are super straight. It's been a cross country project for a long time. I live in New York the car is in California.
It runs and drives but I want to be clear it is still a project that needs to be completed. SOLD AS IS.
Here is what has been put into the car so far:
Ford of Australia Aluminum Head Cross Flow Six Cylinder Engine with tri-power Holley Carbs on a cnc machined custom intake. Custom built ceramic headers, roller rockers. Rebuilt by Ingliss Classics.
New Tremec T-5z transmision with cable clutch, hurst style classic shifter. From Modern Driveline.
Rebuilt clutch and brake pedal hangers with roller bearingsCustom built pedal pads with a custom aluminium gas pedal
New Dakota Digital electronic guage set with gps speedo in original Falcon bezel. Note-some interior photos were taken before this install.
New air conditioning system from Classic Auto Air with polished compressor. Install still needs to be completed.
New Falken tires on new 15 inch American Eagle wheels
New front suspension with new Granada style disc brakes
Rebuilt Mustang ii 8 inch rear with 3.40 gears and positraction
New rear leaf springs
Interior of the car sound deadend with Dynamat and/or Fat Man sound deadener.
New aluminum radiator
Battery relocated to rear of wagon.
Please contact me if you have questions or want more details.
There is no hood on the car. Hood must be modified to clear the 3 two barrel Holley carbs.
The interior has all parts, it needs to be reassembled or customized to new owners taste. Headliner not installed.
My Falcon is sold on a New York State transferrable registration in my name. NY does not issue titles for vehicles older than '73. Mileage listed is what the odometer showed when I bought the car.
The car is located in Victorville California 92394 and winning bidder must pick the car up from that location at their expense within 7 days of auction end. Car cannot be picked up until all funds have cleared.
A $1000. deposit is due by pay pal at auction end. Full pre payment is due no less than 3 days later via bank transfer. Please don't bid if you don't have funds or the abiliy to meet the auction requirements.
Thanks for looking.
