1993 Cobra T5Z trans 5 speed
1989 Ford Mustang LX
Owned this Mustang since February 2017, Was a roller when I got it, Was told by previous owner it had a twin turbo 5.0 in it at one time. That was gone when I received it. I have rebuilt a 89 5.0 .30 over along with factory E7 heads and factory cam, Explorer intake, new #19 injectors, Large 3 row Ford Valeo radiator with heavy duty clutch and new fan, 130 amp alternator and along with all new gaskets, bolts, Ford racing A/C delete bracket but has new heater core and evaporator core installed along with condenser, new fuel tank, filter, straps, Sending unit, Eibach 2'' lowering springs on all four corners,New wheel cylinders, shoes, hardware, brake pads, Prothane front lower control arm bushings, spring isolators, caster, camber plates. Pony rims painted and cleared wrapped in new tires. Master cylinder, brake booster. Has a 93 Cobra T5Z trans that was just rebuilt with new gears, King Cobra clutch, Steel retainer, billet cluster retainer, First ratio is 2.95 which is great for the highway, Cruise at 70 mph at 2,000 rpm, Has correct red gear on speedo. Aluminum drive shaft, 3.73 gears with Auburn posi unit. Hedman shorty headers. 2.50 Flow master mufflers, Tail pipes are new but 2.25 and have them installed so I could take emissions. New carpet, Fuel, temp gauges, Large Auto meter tach with shift light. Power windows and locks that work, Map light, door chime, glove box light all work, Interior has been cleaned and is really clean but not perfect, Missing spare tire, tools and cover in hatch, I have put around 500 miles on since build and have had no issues with the car. Body is super clean with little to no rust, small spots on rear hatch, Floor boards perfect. Under doors clean, Very solid car, Strut towers had small rust and it was cut out and new metal was welded in and smoothed. This car is not perfect it has some scratches, small dents, Car was originally gray but was painted black at some time and doors, hatch and under hood were all jammed, I get a lot of thumbs up driving it around. Car was in a storage unit for roughly 9 years before I got it so has dings, dents but that also saved it from the rust. Any further questions please ask.
