1953 Ford C-600 COE (Cab Over Engine) on a 1982 GMC 1500 2 wheel drive Chassis. This truck started life as a very solid 1953 Ford C-600 Cab Over, it was placed on a 1982 GMC 1/2 ton 1500 2 wheel drive chassis. The truck runs and drives great, it has a 400 Chevrolet small block V8, it has a turbo 350 Automatic, power steering, power disc brakes, tilt wheel, 1982 GMC seat (fully recovered). The truck has 3 miles since it was completed, the engine, transmission, and chassis have unknown mileage. The paint on the cab, doors fenders and hood is all original, the bed was fabricated and painted to match, the rear fenders are original steel 1953 Ford F-100.The truck has a new windshield and gasket, New Rally wheels 15x10 rear with new 295/50/15 tires 15x8 front wheels, New aluminum radiator, New gauges, New dual exhaust, New headliner (black), Newly recovered seat, New 1 wire alternator, new aluminum 15 gallon under bed fuel tank, New brake lines/hoses, New fuel line, New shocks, New master cylinder, and a New wiring harness. The truck still needs a few things finished, the turn signals need wired as does the wiper motor.Headlights, taillights and brake lights all work.I did not build this truck nor do I own it, I'm listing this truck for my friend Jim. Jim is a retired Hot Rod shop owner who has built many cars and trucks for himself and customers. Jim recently bought a 1964 Chevrolet Malibu SS and must let the truck go as he does not have time or space for both. The reserve is under 13k, buy it now would be 15k, if you have any questions contact Jim at 360-423-7242 we are on the west coast.

Good luck and thank you for looking at my item. Check my other auctions as I have other cars listed.

Due to the fact that this is a 50+ year old used truck and Jim can not control how it will be used by the new owner there is no warranty or returns. This truck is sold as-is. What I have listed and what you see on truck in the pictures is what I have and what you get.

Jim will need a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of sale, and then balance must be paid in full within 10 days of end of auction. If not paid within 10 days truck will be re-listed and deposit not returned. (Jim will work with you if there is a good excuse. he will not lower price though). Jim will not charge storage on truck, if car is paid for it can be stored at His home for awhile (1 or 2 months, not a year) until shipping is arranged.

Jim will not arrange shipping for the truck that is up to you the buyer but Jim will work with you and your shipper in any way He can. (He has a large flat yard that a transport truck can easily turn around on).
