1956 Ford F-100 Deluxe

This is a very honest and rust free truck. All body panels are original and correct. The under carriage is completely rust free. Free of any rots, holes or modifications. The original wood plank bed still exist and is in good condition. The truck has rear air shocks and running on all factory suspensions. Everything in operating and functioning condition. Brakes are the original set and are in good working condition. All lights and signals operate as they should. The interior is simple and humble. No rips and tears. Everything you need and nothing more. I do have the original radio that will go the truck. All windows operate properly, no cracks on windows or windshield. There is no sign of rotting underneath the carpet. The battery tray in in excellent condition. Transmission is a 3 speed column shift, which shifts smoothly without jumping out of any gears. The clutch works as it should, no slipping. Engine is currently running on an in line 6, which purrs like a kitten and runs like a top. The truck starts up every time. No over heating issues or leaks. Originally this truck left the assembly line from Ford with a V8 272 Y block along with the 3 speed transmission, which I removed to overhauled, not for any special reason but for myself. Since my plan was to fully restore the truck to its original form. As you can tell in the photos the original motor and transmission is sitting on a pallet ready to be put back in. in the meantime this package was being overhauled, I had placed an era correct inline 6 cylinder with a 3 speed transmission only because I got such a good deal. This truck was my grocery getter. Now when time came to put the original motor and trans back in, I had too many projects, too much work and not enough time in the day. In other words, you're not only getting one engine and transmission. You are getting two engines and transmissions with the purchase of this truck. The original motor and transmission will be placed on the pallet in the truck bed for easy transportation for the new buyer. What you decide to do with it is completely up to you. In the meantime, the truck is 100% drivable as is with current motor and trans. I hope I was able to clarify and describe the truck to the best of my knowledge. I have a free and clear title in had for the truck. This trucks have only been rising in value and show no sign or depreciation. Being a 56' is a highly desirable year. Please bid with confidence, as you can see from my reviews. The reason for selling this truck is simply to downsize "The Herd". If any additional pictures are needed please ask.
