1970 Ford Fairlane

We are a small body/mechanical shop in the heart of Indiana. We have been working on, rebuilding, restoring classic American muscle cars for 35 years. We do this as a hobby because we love cars. Today we are listing a few that we have completed and are ready for their new homes.
Wow is all I can say about this car, just wow. We are Ford lovers and have found a really great car here. We started with a LOW mile RUST FREE 1970 For Fairlane 500. The car was south of Louisville and was bought new down there. We bought the car from the second owner who had bought it from a friend with 20K miles. He drove it to the current 62,507 it has on it today. It started life as a Fairlane 500. 302 V8, Auto, FACTORY AC! YES, Air Conditioning! Power steering, power brakes, automatic transmission.
So here is what we did. We decided to make a Fairlane Cobra tribute out of this one and man did it come out fabulous. We did everything to this car! Completely rebuilt everything! Here's what she sports now....a BIG BLOCK 460, dressed as a 429. Fresh! Completely rebuilt, aluminum intake, nice Holley 4bl, and a small over sized camshaft. Have you ever driven a big block Ford? I drove this car today. The torque is amazing! She looks amazing under the hood! Fresh C6 automatic transmission, fresh 9 inch Ford rear end with a 3:00 gear ratio and POSI Traction, yes Posi-Traction, again all rebuilt and factory fresh.
New everything on this car. Base coat clear coat fresh Competition Orange paint, factory correct blacked out hood, a cool hood scoop, some awesome factory correct hood pins, the list goes on and on!
The interior was super clean and required a small seam that was split to be repaired. The right color interior....BLACK.
You name it on this car and it was rebuilt or replaced. Fresh 2 3/4" dual exhaust, all new front end, big block springs, shocks, just everything was done and done right! This car needs nothing! All lights work, all interior features including the factory key buzzer is operational. Fresh wheels, tires, brakes....it has all been done. The ONE thing it COULD use is a new rear bumper. While we were building this the rear bumpers were not readily available. I did see recently that they are now available for like 450.00. Not that the rear bumper on this car is terrible, it just could stand to be replaced.
Please call 765-252-9914 John to VIEW this fabulous Ford. You will NOT be disappointed. Check my Ebay feedback, we are straight shooters and this car is amazing. This car will sell for a lot less than the "real deal" Cobras. We know this is NOT a real Torino Cobra and are NOT saying that it is. It is a TRIBUTE car that was completely disassembled and restored to the beauty that she is today.
