1969 Ford Mustang Convertible Original S code Big Block 390 car, 1 of 1

Description:

1969 Ford Mustang

I probably will regret selling this rare 1 of 1 Big Block 1969 Mustang Convertible equipped with its original S code 390 engine. Look at the Marti Report attached; only 252 1969 Mustang Convertibles were equipped with the 390 S code engine and only 146 came with the C6 automatic transmission. This is one of those 146 cars. Then with the break down of options this is a 1 of 1 Big Block convertible.
How many matching numbers 1969 Mustang big block convertibles are out there?? Not many, definitely not 252.
My intent was to restore this car back to its original condition. I however have other projects I plan on working on. So here is the car.
The car is currently painted in red oxide primer. If you look at the pictures you will see pics of the car assembled, pics of the car disassembled, and pics of what the car should look like when finished (last two pics). This is a very desirable car.
Condition: The car was a running and driving car up to last year when I pulled the engine and transmission out of the car to start the restoration. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner and has approximately 1000 miles on it.I started to disassemble the car as shown in the pics for the restoration and then I purchased a home out of state and the move was on.I moved up to Oregon so I placed the engine back in the engine bay and the transmission is now sitting in the car. The seats are sitting in the car but not bolted down. The top is back on the car but the material is removed. I did not disassemble the dash so its untouched at this time. The driveshaft is sitting in the cab of the car.
The Mustang's torque boxes are clean with no damage or rust. The frame rails are straight and clean with no damage or rust. The trunk floor is rust free as well. The floor boards however are rusty in the front and back where your feet sit and need to be replaced. There are a couple small areas where rust is starting to bubble up where the inner engine bay aprons overlap the shock towers (if your familiar with mustangs you know what I am speaking of) this is a minor rust fixThe battery tray inner panel needs repair workThe Mustang's serial number is stamped in both front side apronsThe driver's side back quarter panel has bondo in it and needs some TLC

The car has its front bumper not shown in pics, has a set of 68/69 style steel wheels and older craiger rims.I have replacement front fenders and doors for the car from another original 69 mustang that were straighter and cleaner then the ones on the car.
I reside on Highway 101 on the Oregon Coast and the car is stored behind my house in a warehouse and has not been out since I moved here a year ago from California. Access to my property is easy for any transport semi.
Due to me starting the restoration of the car the car is not derivable at this time. So your transporter will need to know this.
I have a clean California Title on the car in my name.
The mustang is sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantees. You are welcome to fly out and check out the car if you would like to.I will assist new owner with loading of the car. I will also close up the car with plastic under the convertible top if needed.
Payment to be made in cash in person or by bank wire. Deposit of $500 through Paypal at time of purchase. Final payment due within 3 days.
Car is advertised for sale locally so listing may end without advanced notice.
