1950 Ford Other

This 1950 Ford Convertible sat in a barn in Wisconsin since 1967. I had it towed out here, and it still had the original tires on it!. But, it suffered major rusting. So I bought the 49 as a donor, which somehow, had zero rust. Between the two, you can build the 50 Convertible, which can fetch 40- 60k if done properly. I estimate an outlay of 15-20k, including paint. This is what I intend to do, but every so often I realize I have too many projects so I throw something up for sale. I also have many new sheet metal panels, including rockers, fender and door bottoms, truck floor, supports, and many, many spares. I have all body panels and inner fenders. All the gauges are here, including clock, and they are in working order. You will need to provide the interior, top cloth, wiring, and others. All the glass is original and not cracked. This car was never hit so no frame damage. In fact, it has only 53k on it since 1950. This is a serious project for a serious restorer who knows the value of this car. I have everything--motor, trans. This car is bone stock, and convertible frame and bows in great shape. Clear titles for both cars. Both cars roll, so a shipper will be able to move both for a reduced price. I had the 50 brought from Wisconsin to Seattle for $1200.Thanks for looking.
