1968 Ford Bronco

NO RESERVE! Up for auction is a nice 1968 Ford Bronco Halfcab with uncut fenders. It was originally a full cab bronco. The halfcab top is a very nice fiberglass reproduction of the original Ford halfcab (looks identical to the original). It has a very nice running 170 cubic inch 6 cylinder. Cranks up and runs good and doesn't smoke. It has a 3 speed manual transmission that shifts on the column. Clutch is new and doesn't jump. Column is very tight and shifts with ease. It has power steering that works perfectly. The brakes on this Bronco are drum front and back and they stop very well. All bearings are good and 4 wheel drive works as it should. This is a very nice driving bronco. The 6 cylinder motor and small tires makes it perform nice and smooth.Appears to be the original motor although it runs as if it was rebuilt at some point in its life. The motor does leak some oil around the pan but nothing major.Dash and dash pad are in good shape. Seats have been recovered. All of the lights work (even the back up lights and license plate light). Vacuum wipers work. Doors open and close with ease and windows roll up and down nicely. This Bronco looks great as you can see in the pictures, but there are a few slight dents and paint issues. It has had new floor pans installed over the old ones. The paint is bad where gas has spilled out of the filler in the past. Some paint missing on the tailgate. Only rust through on the bed is right in front of both wheel wells and isn't too bad. Rust hole on the front of the driver's side rocker. Passenger rocker is solid. Frame is solid. Grill, front fenders, door hangers and strikes, rear quarter panels, rear corner posts, and tailgate are all extremely solid. This bronco isn't near perfect, but as you can see, it's a nice looking ride that will definitely turn some heads. You can enjoy this one as it is, or fix the little problems to your satisfaction. Clear Arkansas title in hand, but the lovely DMV mixed up some of the VIN on the title itself. Hasn't been an issue so far but it needs to be corrected when the title is transferred. If you need to see any other pictures, feel free to let me know. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. Thanks for looking and good luck!!
