1966 Ford Mustang PRO TOURING STROKER HD VIDEOS + 184 PHOTOS!

THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT CLASSES OF VEHICLES WHEN IT COMES TO CLASSIC CARS -PROJECTS, RESTORED’ CARS, ONCOURCE RESTORATIONS, ESTO-MODS AND FINALLY, T THE VERY TOP OF THE BOARD, HE PRO-TOURING EXAMPLES OF CLASSIC AMERICAN MUSCLE. … THIS IS ONE OF THOSE TOP-TIER CARS. BUILT TO MAKE A STATEMENT! STREET LEGAL RACE CAR. To the untrained eye the differences are subtle but make no mistake, his car is substantially better than vast majority of cars available today. The restoration and the upgrades arevery, erycomprehensive.

Project of many years and thousands of hours produced one of the badest, eanest and best looking Mustangs currently on the road. STARTED OUT AS RUST FREE V8 CAR. All the body modification were done by a professional mechanic and fabricator in Oregon. Taken down to bare shell and completely upgraded from top to bottom. Everything from shock towers to rear frame and floors have been cut out {see illustration photos} and built back up making it a full-frame car with 10 point roll cage and drag racing rear frame setup from Chris Alston’s’ Chassisworks { http://www.cachassisworks.com/ }. Fabrication included cutting out old floor pans, elding in new full 4”x2” frame front to back with a cross member, haft oval, ew floors sunken into the frame, ear floor, ull tubs and Battle Cruiser ladder bars with coilovers, ully adjustable suspension. Tubs in the back allow for up to 16 inch wide wheels {currently has humongous, ustom made ‘one-of’ 18in by 13.5in with 335/30/18 tires with plenty room to spare, o rubbing under any condition and super aggressive look and stance. 9in short rear end with Strange axles and race hubs and Wilwood disk brakes. Front suspension is from Chris Alston’s Chassisworks, ndludes big crossmember welded onto the frame, ubular upper and lower A-arms with coilovers, ig sway bar and Flaming River rack and pinion manual steering. Entire suspension is fully adjustable – raise or lower the height to your liking in minutes via hand tools. Though firm, he ride is extremely stable and controlled. It hugs the pavement and never lets go. Power train is very potent 351W stroker, ull roller with Edelbrock aluminum heads, eiand Stealth intake, BBL Holley double pumper, uel regulator, horty ceramic headers, SD distribuot and box with 65 module. Runs like a scalded dog! I’ve always loved the way it performed but I just took to dyno at Superior Automotive, ew days ago. It produced 292hp at the wheels. Now, ts important to put these numbers into prospective because nowadays ‘eveyrybody’ claims to have 400, 00, 00hp engine… but no dyno sheet to back it up. Here’s the scoop on this – a built 302, 06 supposedly having 400hp will put down 250hp to the wheels on a good day. Friend’s brand new crate 408ci stroker rated at 500hp put down 335hp to the wheels last month. I owned a ’66 Shelby with K code motor supposedly rated at 306hp – it did 180hp to the wheels…. In other words, his thing is faster than most anything out there and I don’t care what you ‘have ‘ on paper… what it puts out at the wheels is what counts. Correct gearing is the other half of the full picture. This drivetrain is setup to run like crazy while still being able to cruise. It has fully built C4 automatic with manual shifting and it does 75mph at WOT {wide open throttle} in 1st gear, 20mph in second gear and … 3rd gear you cannot even do full throttle WOT cause you’re already flying… In other words, his thing is gone while everybody else is busy shifting. For me, t has way more power than I could ever need. Very drivable with power to spare on demand. As radical as it seems, t’s pretty civil on the road and can be driven daily if need be. A lady can handle it.

I like 5 speed setups like most people because when you built performance motor and don’t swap trans or rear end, ou will run out of gears with stock 3 or 4 speed transmissions. On top of that, eople swap rear end gears for 3.55s and that makes the car completely unfit forany driving beyond 60mph. Vast majority of 3 speed restomods is completely not drivable at freeways speeds. You will run out of gears before you hit 60mph revving 3500rpm . .its pathetic!

This drivetrain on the other hand is set so that you can still do burnouts but you can also cruise 70mph at 2100rpm {see videos} while still being able to control shifting up and down with perfect precision without needing a clutch. You gotta bad knee or don’t like to clutch? This is the car for you. Also has full automatic mode.

New paint everywhere including interior doors, ash and roll cage. All windows roll up and down and cranks clear the roll cage. New headliner. Custom made seats and door panels {with only 2 minor blemishes}, ustom made carpeting with nice, ight fit and sewn edges. Perfect sound system with built-in speakers into the rear floors. Relocated battery in the trunk. Fuel cell with working gauge. All gauges work and are accurate. Horn works. Wiper work. All locks work, adio works, nterior lights work, nd so on so forth. Superior cooling {see video of trip to dyno in 94 degree weather!). Turn key in all aspects. Needs nothing. Custom graphics installed currently. if you can't handle the bold look, imply peel them off.

Long story short, his beast is built to be driven. It’s built to handle up to 1000hp applications. You want to own a car like that, ou have to pay for it, eriod. Don’t build it thinking you can save money, ou can’t. You will pay 100% of whatever it will cost and will know what you have only after it’s finished, hich can be years. Here, ou can see what it is, ou can see it running and driving (or drive it if you can be here in person) and you know the final price.

I'll be first to tell you don't have to spend $40k to get a nice Mustang,. But if you want street legal race car, hose few that are available carry hefty price tag for areason..

Open to reasonable offers, ut if you are not bringing anything to the table, on’t expect to buy this car. Cash is king. Simple as that. 949_374 884nine

Clean title in hand. By watching all the videos, ou should know what kind of car this is. Feel free to call for more info.

Get out of the stock market while you still can and buy something real. And rare! This car represents top 1% of the Mustang market.

AS RESTORED AS IT IS, T'S SOLD WITH NO WARRANTY AS STANDARD WITH ALL CLASSIC CARS. All things considered, his is a proven, ulletproof car. I’d drive it across country right this minute if I had to. Turn key.
