This is a 1923 Ford Model T bucket that a friend asked me to list. He bought the car as an unfinished project and has turned the T into the beauty you see in the photos. This car has a thick fiberglass body on a rectangular frame. It has the classic front end with hairpins and tube axle. The front end parts are chrome or polished stainless steel. The rear is a 10-bolt GM. Front brakes are Wilwood discs with drums on the rear. The engine is a 350 Chevy that has a performance cam, B&M Forced Induction blower with Holley carburetor. Ignition is MSD box and electronic distributor. Engine has polished aluminum valve covers, air scoop and a chrome alternator. The exhaust is shotgun style and sounds awesome. Transmission is a Turbo 350 with a Lokar shifter. The car has QA1 shocks on all four corners. Front end has a chrome leaf spring and the rear has coil springs. The interior has new upholstery in tan vinyl. The top is also new and can be removed. The top's window is plastic and is clear. The interior has a wooden Grant GT steering wheel, AutoMeter white face gauges. Everything works - lights, turn signals, gauges - except the speedometer. The head needs to be replaced. We estimate the car has about 100 miles on it. The car has recently been painted by a professional shop. The body was removed from the frame for the paint. A local artist applied some pin stripe graphics to accent the body. The body shop also made the solid wood dash. The wood is from an old house and is about 100 years old. The carburetor has been professionally rebuilt and the engine fires right up, runs strong. The front end was aligned by a professional and the car drives properly. This car has plenty of chrome, polished stainless and aluminum - much of it purchased from Speedway Motors. Receipts come with the purchase of the T. This car is titled as a 1923 Ford - see photo below. There is a serial number plate on the firewall that matches the VIN on the title. This car has been registered as an antique in Virginia. Car is ready for someone to love and enjoy driving and displaying. Email any question and if you'd like to see this Model T call me at 804-five-nine-zero-0718.
