The paint and body on this car,I would have to give it a very high 8 with 10 being best.I have driven the car around some after getting it road worthy again and it does wonderful. I looked the car over high and low even poking and proding underneath I can not find any rust at all,nor did I find any obvisous body filler,I went over it with a magnet, its a very solid car,The paint is bright and has a nice shine, there are some small dirt specks, tiny tiny dings, very small chip or two thats been carefully touched up,but nothing major and its all too small to show up in photos, while no old car is perfect the Ford Galaxie is exceptional, all of the glass rolls up and down great the glass is all in real good shape, with only minor imperfections. The trunk is massive and has a very nice mat,The trunk floor is rock solid and looks original under the mat. The bumpers have been rechromed years ago but look very nice. all of the chrome and stainless trim on this car is really nice with only very minor scratches and just a little bit of peppering on some of the original chrome,I just cant beat up on this car..Its just simply too nice,Its not a muesum piece but its a very nice driver that will be dependable, give you good service, turns heads every where you drive it,and win some awards at local shows and cruise inns.I have more pictures, this is all ebay will let me put on here but I can send you some if you are serious about the car.Im selling as is.No warranty.I reserve the right to end the auction.Im selling no reserve, sorry no trades, buyer is to pay 500.00 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of auctions end. buyers is responible for arranging shipping and all shipping cost.Full payment is due with in 7 days of auctions end, either certified cashiers bank check, wire transfer,or cash in person,The car is not leaving my property until my bank tells me the money is good.I will store the car inside for up to 30 days as long as it is paid for in full. The title is in my name and is clear and in my hands. The mileage on the car has most likely flipped and not actual,I have no way of knowing for sure. The car is believed to have the original engine and drivetrain, but I have no way of proving that or being able to guarantee this. All of the body panels and sheet metal look to be the originals as well as the majority of the trim pieces. If you have questions please ask,I will do my best to answer you back,I feel like I have described the car as acurate as I possibly can,Thank you all for looking. This car is an exceptional car for the start price, and a great opportunity to get into a turn key dependable classic car and start enjoying the summer shows and cruise inns.
