1964 Ford Galaxie XL

This Galaxie as mentioned above was given a restore about 10 years ago. At that time it had a repaint, what looks to be an updated headliner and I believe
the seats were redone or they would be showing a lot more wear. Dash is perfect as well.The drivers seat has some minor scuffing as can be seen in the photos.
The only area that obviously never received any cosmetics was under the hood. There's never even been a rattle can under there!
However the 352 runs great, no smoke whatsoever. Since I took possession of the car in trade about 6 months ago I replaced both exhaust manifold gaskets
as one side had a slight leak and the other was deteriorated badly. I also installed a new fuel tank as there was trash and corrosion in the original tank. I also
replaced the fuel pump, plugs wires, and of course changed the fluids. I personally have drove the car 70 plus and it handles perfectly.
The car does have AC, and the compressor is not locked up and the fan unit inside blows however I have not pursued that. This model also came with the
swing away, or 'Fat Man' steering wheel which is pretty cool, and has came in handy with me. It's great on a larger man getting in and out of the car. The car
still has it's factory AM radio, which comes on but I cannot pick anything up. Maybe it's a problem in the antenna, but the radio does come on.
The car is all but rust free! The floor pans are rock solid. The only small area that has started to show is at the bottom of the back glass, which I included a photo
of. The paint is still in good shape, however being at least 10 years, maybe more on the repaint it is thinning here and there. But there are no dents or scratches
to speak of. The car is very clean and straight. All lights, speedo & gauges are working. The mileage showing is 96,810, but of course no way of verifying that, but
it very well could be.

weekend. I have only sold a few vehicles through ebay but all have received 100% positive reviews and I want to keep it that way. The car is truly a very clean, great
