1963 Ford E-Series Van CUSTOM VAN PROJECT

INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS BUYERS WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ME AT (76O) 8O5-8038 WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY IT NOW! This is a one of a kind 1963 Ford Econoline Shorty Van RV House Car that is just plain cool. The Van craze is big right now and Early Econolines are as hot as anything. This is a project, but it is definitely a worthwhile one and you will have the only one when it is completed. It was purchased in 1963 as a Five Window truck and the stainless steel motorhome conversion was done when the Ford was still brand new in 63. It was well constructed. That is probably why it is still around for us today. I found it as a Barn Find last year where it had been stored since 1991 and it was just too cool to not rescue. I have had a ton of mechanical work professionally done on it. It runs great now! New starter, new battery, complete valve job performed, rebuilt carburetor, ignition, brakes completely gone through, etc. It starts right up and purrs now ($3000 later). It is the six cylinder with a three on the tree manual transmission. The transmission shifts very smoothly. The cab is factory and still retains it's original Rangoon Red paint. It is very solid. It retains both of it's original black and yellow license plates. The cab interior is very nice. It has the original Econoline bucket seats which are nice, factory dash and gauges, original radio with adjustable speaker option, original steering wheel, and original red dash paint. The rear of the interior is ready for you to make your own. I did not care about any of the camper equipment and it was already gone anyhow. I had plans to make it the coolest Rolling Lounge on the road when it was done. It still has the sink and wood cabinets above and below. It is set up for a booth but all that is there is the table. The bathroom walls are still there but the toilet is gone and it would take about two seconds to rip out the wood paneled walls. Bed area across the back and one bed above the seats in front. It is a bit dirty inside and needs a good cleaning but I had not gotten that far. I spent a bunch on the mechanics before I was ready to start on the cosmetics. I just do not have the time or the space right now so I am selling this and my Teardrop style Trailorboat trailer, as well as my 1969 Econoline 4 wheel drive van. Vintage Cragars with brand new tires that literally have zero miles on them. This is a cool rig but please remember that it is a project and be realistic with your expectations. It is priced to sell. Clean, clear California title in hand. Mercedes emblems included for no charge! I am located in Cardiff, California in North County Coastal San Diego. My dog Johnny Cash would not be included for all of the money in the world. Thanks!
