1949 Ford F-1 pickup, super solid rust free truck from a hardware store in Gunnison, Colorado. Custom back halfed frame with 4 bar rear suspension, Mustang 2 front with polished adjustable coilovers on all 4 corners. Engine is a late 70's vintage Corvette, total rebuild to include .030 bore and .010/.010 crank, 882 heads, Melling RV cam, Edelbrock intake and Carb, etc. Motor has about 2 hours run time, starts instantly, runs excellent. Trans is a Turbo 350 with a mild shift kit, also fresh rebuild. 8" Ford rear with 3.08 gears. This driveline was picked to make a super reliable easy cruiser with a little snap. Aluminum 3 core radiator with 2800 CFM fan. Power steering, power brakes, Flaming River polished column with 15" 40 Ford type steering wheel, Dolphin gauges. EZ Wire harness. Detroit Steel 20" rims set this truck off very nicely, has a great stance and a full turning radius. The interior needs finished, the bed needs finished. Battery mounted in late 20's vintage trunk in bed. Headers, all new exhaust, etc etc. Runs perfect, drives well, starts great, everything works. Still needs wipers, too. Paint on cab and bed is original, fenders have had all body work done and are painted hot rod black. I built this truck for myself, it's right. I have no deisre to sell it except that I have located a 33 Ford Coupe and simply cannot afford to have two hot rods. My wife is very understanding but there are limits to what I can expect. Please call me if you're really interested, no trades, just need cash to go after this 33. Shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer, will assist as needed. International bidders contact first. Please call Quinn with any questions, (303) 681-7770. Truck located in Denver, Colorado area.
