Description:

1971 Ford Mustang BOSS 351

Arkansas car collector here, selling my grabber blue, BARN FIND documented '71 Boss 351. In storage, not licensed since 1982 (documented). Needs complete restoration, or if not sold, I will begin restoration. These cars are skyrocketing in value, and this one has the best color scheme - GRABBER BLUE! Car is very correct...Interior, Heads, wheels, solid lifters, valve covers, non matching block, even dash lights and all gauges work. It also has power steering, rare original trim rings and center hub caps, original space saver spare, excellent seat covers, door panels. Does have slight hail dents, easily repaired. Not a Mustang expert, but have been watching these and learning. Only 1806 were ever built and any Mustang guy will tell you that these were the fastest early Mustangs. Cool history: Has Marti report for authenticity, but usually these show selling dealer. This rare Stang shows dealer as: "Ford Motor Co. - Dearborn, Michigan, SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLE" indicating that once it was built, they took it back and used it for a display vehicle. Isn't that cool???
