1941 Ford Tudor V8 Flathead
Really nice driver quality Old Ford
Engine is a professionally rebuilt Flathead V8 mated to original 3 on the tree transmission.
Still a 6 Volt, positive ground system.
Paint is older and has its share of flaws but it still shines and looks more than presentable.
Body is straight & fenders are steel.Three piece front fenders indicate car was built in the first part of the production year.
Most photos show rear fender skirts, they are fiberglass, currently on car and are included.Photos taken this morning just before listing.
Glass is good with no de-lamination.
Bias-Ply Tires in good condition.B.F. Goodrich Silvertown 6.00-164 ply
Fuel Tank replaced with plastic reproduction
Speedometer, Amps, Oil Pressure gauges operational. Fuel gauge works but not accurate.
I added a Mechanical Temp gauge to each head, so original not connected.
Lights, Stop, Dash lights operational
Very nice un-molested car, more so maintainedthan restored.
I drive it at 50 mph with one hand on the wheel, and the other returning thumbs-up from passing cars all the time.
Goes down the road very straight, however pulls some to the right on braking. (needs adjustment again, but it is a pain)
Remember it is 76 years old so it has earned the right to show it's age and imperfections.
Just a solid old Ford that can still turn heads, attract lookers at cruise nights, and get a thumbs up.
I believe I have the car priced to sell, however offers will be considered.I would be very surprised if anyone was to be disappointed after seeing the car in person. Thanks for Looking
I have owned car about 5 years.
