1940 Ford F-150

1940 Ford pickup truck, this was a farm and drive to work truck with work done over the years to keep it running, original flat head engine was replaced with a 1957 Chevrolet 283 four barrel engine in 1960, 3 speed transmission and 378 rear end are the original units, seat has been replaced, 12 volt electric, electric fuel pump, battery box moved to the bed, electric radiator cooling fan with a manual switch, 1939 deluxe Ford grill, model A Ford rear bumper, over the last few weeks work has been done to make the truck drive able again, new original brake system, new kin pins, new 15 inch wheels and tires, truck still needs wipers fixed, fuel and temperature gauge repair, speedometer repair, carburetor rebuilt, body is in above average condition for a 77 year old truck, body is in black primer now with rare Lyon Blue as original body color, original metal bed floor with damage as pictures show, original cab floors with some pin holes on passenger side as pictures show, windows roll up and down, driver's door has some rust in bottom as pictures show, truck starts, stops, runs and drives, I drove this truck over 20 miles the day I took the pictures, true miles are unknown, good truck to start with for whatever purpose the new owner wants to do with it, I have the original owner's manual, Missouri title, truck is located in London KY, item must be paid for within 3 days after the auction ends by cash or bank transfer of funds, will store the truck for 14 days after the sale waiting for new owner to arrange transportation, any questions send me an email.
