1927 Ford Model T Coupe

Selling my 1927 Ford Model T Traditional Styled hot rod Project! I have been putting this car together for a few years now, the only reason I am selling the t is because I am moving soon and I need to slim down the collection.first and foremost thisisa non running projectI have title in hand and is registered as a 1927 ford coupe! - The frame is a 1931 Model A with custom tube X member to carry the transmission and strengthen the stock frame. The entire lengthof frame rails have lightening holes and is completely boxed in. The front and rear crossmembers are stock model a- The suspension is stock style buggy leaf front and back. The front has a brand new speedway tube axle, spring, shackles and hair pins. The 1940 ford spindles have new king pins/bushings installed. Rear has a stock T spring connected to a 1940 Ford banjo rear end, which is in great shape. The torque tube has been shortened to meet up with the 1939 ford 3 speed top load transmission. All the brake drums, hubs and backing plates are there but it needs shoes and wheel cylinders front and rear. Comes with the driveshaft that needs to be shortened by a machine shop.- The early ford brake/clutch pedal assembly Is mounted and the clutch linkage is all hooked up and working. the Steering box is a 40s ford and all steering is hooked up.- The tires are Brand New firestone pie crust- 8.20/15 in rear and 5.00/16 front. The front wheels are factory 16" wire wheels and the back are custom made back in the day with a 15x8" outer rim welded to a 16" ford 40s steelie, which is so cool because you can run the same hubcap front and back! - The motor is a perfect running 1951 Mercury 255 Flathead. I pulled the motor from a daily driven merc because the owner wanted something more modern. I put the fenton 2x2 intake on, has Stromberg aurotype carbs, in my opinion the best "hotrod" carb made!- The body work has all been done and just needs one more prime to be ready for paint! The chop was done by myself and brother and is all tig/gas welded. 9 inches was taken out of the roof, back window was only chopped 5 inches and windshield opening was opened up 4 inches for better vision. comes with a model A visor and model a windshield frame. my plan was to remake the factory wood and run a soft top like stock. The firewall is custom made aluminum squares all welded together from the back, just needs to be finished. Has 32 ford grill shell. Brand new Headlights in box. Aluminum Radiator for flathead. lots of extra parts! This is a project car that with a few days of work will be one cool hot rod! All the hard work and part searching is already done! Would make a perfect TROG car!!!!If you have any questions or want pictures of anything in particular please feel free to ask! through email or call me @ (8zero5)55zero-7992Car is located in Santa Rosa, CA
