Description:

1967 Ford Fairlane 500

..NO ReSERVE........BIG TIRE.....Pro street 1967 fairlane. . Just built (50 miles) 460 .060 over. Heads are factory 1973 versions that have been mildly ported. Nothing outrageous. Block is 1971. Weiand dual plane Stealth intake with an Weber 750 mechanical secondary and mechanical cable activated choke. Flat top pistons (probably around 10 to 1). Runs great on 91 pump gas. Runs strong. Competition cams 280 magnum for a good thump. Hydraulic flat tappet lifters. Gear drive timing (very nice whine). Hei distributor swap. Hooker 2" primary long tube TUNED headers. 3.5 " extended collectors into a 3" exhaust with summit race mufflers. C6 trans (no stall). I would suggest around a 3000 stall be installed to really wake up the cam. Floor mounted Lokar shifter. Tubbed rear end with full length boxed frame making the car very rigid and strong. 12 bolt gm rear end with adjustable ladder bar system. 4.11 gear so you can drive on street. Mustang suspension and steering in front. .HUGE Mickey Thompson 33 x 19.5 in back. 14" in front. 10 gallon fuel cell. Body in fair shape (some bondo is lifting in a few areas mainly where someone put a hardtop on, to me looks like it may have been a convertible previously as you can see the patch pieces welded in where top meets the body on the inside) see pics. ThereARE areas of rust and/or bondo. See pics. It is a 50 yr old car after all. No carpet or headliner. Good start on a cool restoration/street project. NOTE....The mileage listed is on the aftermarket cluster which was installed before i got the car. I dont have any idea what the actual mileage would be. All gauges are aftermarket. 5" tach mounted on dash. Before I bought the car someone had put an aftermarket hood on it. They had installed some gt power domes on it. They later removed them so i sold them. Point is the hood was left with visible mounting holes in it. See pic. Easy repair. I do NOT have the factory hood. All sales are final and car is NOT returnable after sale. Iwill deliver to buyer for $300.00 if you live in these states or stated areas of these states.
