TOO MUCH TO LIST! - ENJOY OUR PRESENTATION

The paint is urethane base/clearcoat in GM Medium Red Metallic, PG paint components were utilized exclusively during this quality restoration. This car was completed in the early 1990s and has been garage-kept. There are a few paint flaws on close inspection, .i. a quarter sized hairline crack in the paint near the passenger door handle and a similar paint crack on the ribbed roof panel, ltogether a high quality paint finish that has been well cared for over the years.

BODY DETAILS :

1934 Tudor Sedan / Chopped 4.5 Inches / Henry Ford Steel Body & Doors / Ribbed Steel Roof Panel / Cowl Air Vent & Cowl Light Holes Filled

The hood is 1934 Henry Ford Steel.

The doors are 1934 Henry Ford Steel. The handle stanchions are turned 90 degrees. The windshield is non-tinted auto safety glass while the side windows are grey tinted. The grille assembly is 1934 Ford, hromed with SS liner. The running boards are steel, y Anderson Industries. The fenders are fiberglass.

Under the steel hood cowls resides a stout professionally built, alanced & blueprinted 355 cubic inch smallblock Chevrolet V8. This B&M supercharged V8 produces approximately 500 horsepower & 500 ft-lbs of torque. It churns out about 10 psi of boost at 5,000 rpms. A cast iron 4-bolt block was chosen for the build. The block was decked .010, e-burred, apped and vatted prior to the engine assembly. This powerplant was put together in 1991. The crankshaft is forged steel. The pistons are TRP forged aluminum (.030 over) with 21cc dish (blower pistols) The crowns were treated to a thermal barrier coating during the engine build. Plasma ceramic rings were installed. The oil pan is a 6-quart Chevrolet pan complete with a windage tray and screen. There is so much to list about this amazing car and build components.

The top end of the engine was fitted with Air Flow Research aluminum 75cc 8.2:1 compression cylinder heads. The intake valves are 2.05" while the exhaust valves are 1.6" A Comp Cams roller cam and roller hydraulic lifers have been installed along with upgraded springs and rocker arms. The timing chain is an Edelbrock True Roller. This is a forced induction engine, itted with a polished B&M Powercharger (250CID) driven at 40% overdrive and producing approximately 10 psi at 5000 rpms. The blower runs a 2-inch Gilmer toothed belt to help prevent slippage. Fuel induction duties consist of dual Holley 600cfm carburetors, uilt and tuned especially for this application. The ignition system features a Summit Racing Street/Strip CD Ignition with an MSD Blaster coil, .5mm Super Conductor wires and R&M Specialties spark plug wire looms. The distributor is a Mallory Comp 9000 with vacuum advance. The alternator is polished aluminum, y Street & Performance. The starter is a Powermaster unit (Delco)

The air conditioning system features components by Vintage Air, Sankyo compressor, raided stainless lines & AN fittings.

The handle this powerful supercharged V8's cooling duties, Griffin aluminum radiator is utilized. There is also an engine oil cooler with AN fittings, rofessionally mounted of course. The upper radiator hose is polished by Street & Performance. The water pump is by Stewart with an aluminum double grove pully. The cooling system has been treated to help prevent corrosion.

The custom exhaust system features Sanderson headers (1-5/8 primaries & 3-inch collectors) The headers have been HPC coated inside and out for improved heat dissipation. The mufflers are DynoMax Super Turbos.

The chassis is beautifully done. The rails and K-member are 1934 Ford. This car rides on a 112" wheelbase. The frame has been boxed the entire length. The K-member has been reinforced with 2" x 4" steel tube & has a bolted-in transmission mount. To accommodate the independent front suspension, he crossmember has been modified to accept it. A rack & pinion steering rack has been installed as well. This Ford is equipped with an engine oil cooler and transmission cooler.

The engine and transmission undersides are excellent. The transmission is a stout TH400 3-speed automatic, uilt and fitted with a 3200 rpm stall converter specially selected to work with the supercharger. A transmission fluid cooler has also been utilized. All of this power is transmitted through a custom built driveshaft to a stout Ford 9-inch rear end built with 3.50:1 gearing and 31-spline axles. This is a Traction Lock differential with Castrol Hypo gear oil and Ford Friction Modifier added.

The front suspension features independent unequal A-arms with Coil-Over shocks. This is by Billy's Rod Shop-Symmons Custom Machine, anitoba, anada. The control arms are polished 6061-T6 aluminum with polished stainless steel adjusters and fasteners. The shocks are polished aluminum units by Aldan. The spring rate is 450 lbs / 10" length. The braking system utilized includes 11" front disc brakes and 11x2.25 rear drum brakes with Wilwood check valves, raided and stainless steel tubing & AN fittings. The pedal arm is by Pete & Jakes and the brake pedal pad is designed and machined by BB. The master cylinder is a dual feel Speedway Motors unit.

The wheels are by Centerline "Convo Pro" rims. The front wheels are sized at 15" x 4" with 1.75" backspacing. The tires are Vredestein Sprint Classic rubber, he fronts sized at 155 SR15 82 while the back tires are wrapped around 15" x 8 " wheels with B.F. Goodrich Radial T/As @ 255/70-SR15s.

This is a B&M Pro-Stick Automatic Shifter.

Open the doors to a classic street machine. The interior is done in a traditional tweed. The front seats are Mazda buckets (circa 1985) while the back seat is out of Mercury Lynx (circa 1987). The upholstery design is by "BB", inished in a GM velour with 2 shades of gray. Ronnie Kirkwood was responsible for the upholstery. The door panels are custom stitched and fitted with billet hardware. The doors have full window tracks and tinted glass.

The dash itself is by Downs Manufacturing, lso designed by BB. The underdash panel is hand made and fitted. The instrumentation is by Autometer. There are 2 5/8" gauges to monitor the oil pressure, ater temperature, oost, acuum, nd fuel level. There is a K&N fuel/air ratio gauge as well as custom toggle switch controls. The tachometer is a 3 3/8" Autometer unit while the speedometer is a 120 mph Autometer 3 3/8" gauge.

The air conditioning system features Vintage Air controls with all Earl's braided stainless steel hoses, N fittings & adapters. An Alpine AM/FM cassette stereo has been installed along with custom front & rear speakers. There are several custom touches to the interior.
