Freshly tuned straight body original California Special. Strong running rebuilt motor. Great sounding car! 4 new tires, new bumpers, new fuel system including fuel tank, freshly milled and rebuilt 4 barrel holly carb, new belts, plugs/ wires, new cooling system including radiator, water pump, hoses and heater core. The neutral safety switch was just replace and the transmission shifts nicely. New windshield. All trim pieces are intact some of which are brand new. A new rear window seal was used with instalation of the new headliner. Hood mounted turn signals work well. Exhaust is in excellent condition with new correct chrome tips.
The inside has a new black deluxe interior from CJ Pony including dash pad, carpet, recovered seats with new foam, headliner,door panels, kick panels and rear quarter panels. This car has the rare overhead console with map lights.This car also has the rare headrests with new covers that I have not gotten the instalation completed on. I just located a working original radio that is bolted in but hook hooked up yet. There are also two speakers in the trunk not hooked up.
Needs side window and door rubber, rear windows do not roll up or down easily. The heater controls are disconnected, only one fog light works (lenses need to be replaced). Left front blinker is not working. Body is straight and rust free other than bubbling above the left rear wheel. Paint is in poor condition.
The car runs very strong! I have been driving it daily for the last 6 weeks. It is a great driver. It starts easily, drives straight and stops quickly.
