FINISHED IN RAVEN BLACK (A CODE) PAINT WITH THE PLEATED FLAME VINYL(XH CODE) INTERIOR.
THE CAR APPEARS TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL Y BLOCK V8. BLOCK CASTINGS NUMBERS READ: EDB 6015-A. (1955-1957 292 CI V8) THE FILE DOES INDICATE IT WAS REBUILT TO A 312; HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO RECEIPTS DETAILING THE MOTOR REBUILD.
CODE CORRECT 3 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION.
THIS IS A COMPLETE '57 T-BIRD WITH BOTH THE HARDTOP AND SOFT TOP.
THE SOFT TOP APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN USED, BUT DOES SHOW IMPERFECTIONS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FROM THE EXTENDED STORAGE PERIOD. THE FLAWS ARE PICTURED.
THE CAR IS IN EXCELLENT RUNNING AND DRIVING CONDITION. REPAINTED TO THE ORIGINAL COLOR OF RAVEN BLACK. THE PAINT PRESENTS WELL AND WAS LIKELY DONE AT THE TIME OF RESTORATION. THE PAINT APPEARS TO BE A LACQUERFINISH WITH SOME SIGNS OF NORMAL WEAR. THERE ARE A COUPLE SMALL BUBBLE SPOTS (DIME SIZE) UNDER THE PAINT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR QUARTER PANEL AND ONE ON THE TOP OF THE DRIVERS SIDE FENDER. THE PAINT IS A VERY GOOD DRIVER QUALITY. THE INTERIOR IS GORGEOUS. IT HAS BEEN RESTORED TO THE CORRECT PLEATED FLAME COLOR WITH BLACK CARPETING.

They're built to drive and do develop drips from long periods of sitting due to expanding and contracting seals and gaskets. It's seldom that we come across a classic that's completely drip free. We do our best to describe our inventory in full detail, to include pictures and video; however, due tothe age of these cars, we're unable to offer a warranty. While we only deal in vehicles that are in quality condition, we always prefer the buyer take the time to check the vehicle out in person or arrange for a third party vehicle inspection.
