Description:

1956 Ford F-100 F-100 Custom Cab

For auction is my 1956 Ford F-100 (F100), half-ton, small window resto-mod, flat black. This truck has approximate 6300 miles since this restoration about 10 years or so ago.
-Engine-351 Cleveland, with Edelbrock 4bbl Carburetor, with stainless valve covers, and stainless intake -Transmission- Ford C6 Trans with fresh service (less than 100 miles), and transcooler
-Driveline- New custom Driveshaft (less than 200 miles) and Ford 9inch rear end - the rear axle is a bit wide for this build with the current offset wheel but that could be changed if you wanted to tuck the rear tires in more. -Brakes-Power Front Disc and Rear Drum
-Suspension- Front Rack and Pinion with IFS from an early 90s Dodge Dakota with power steering, Rear Stut/leaf spring -Exhaust- Headers with custom dual stainless magnaflow with side exit pencil tips (less than 500 miles on exhaust) -Interior- Moon gauges with a new speedo/speedo cable (approximately 300 miles ago), tan cloth bench sea, tan carpet, power windows, painless wiring harness, brand new Optima batter (less than a month old)
-Exterior- The robins egg blue was from the original restoration wasn't in the best shape so it was flat blacked. It does have LED Taillights -The Needs- The truck doesn't have sunvisor, missing the passenger wiper and wiper motor(I may have that somewhere), and the passenger taillight stopped working, and has a hairline crack in the passenger glass courtesy of the last guy that slammed the door when he was looking at it. The bed wood clear is pealing. The hood hinges are tired but I was just going to do a tilt hood kit when I got around to that. There is a slight leak on the power steering but it doesn't drip on the floor. The gear indicator on the column doesn't work and the selection is close together, it doesn't bother me but I want people to know.
-California/Arizona truck. All steel body work and is titled as a 56 F-100 and not a kit vehicle or anything like that. I also have several other various parts that will go will the truck such as the original heater, gauge cluster, spare light buckets, and an underbed fuel tank.
-This truck was appraised at 19000$ prior to the exhaust work and redoing the gauges. The appraisal will come with the truck. I do have a lien on this through my credit union and with the appraisal you can get a reasonable interest rate loan with good credit. This is the 3rd 56 ford I have owned and I wouldn't hesitate to drive this truck anywhere. I don't really want to let her go but I need to build a garage.-Thanks for lookingcheers e
