Here is what might be the BEST example of a Ford Highboy left in existence. Not only are these trucks extremely rare to find, but this one is like no others out there. This truck was previous owned by the Brooklyn Wisconsin Fire department where it was the Fire Chief's vehicle. The truck was purchased brand new in 1976 By the fire department and it has spent every day since inside a climate controlled fire house. The truck was detailed and serviced monthly. The previous owner purchased the vehicle 5 years ago from the fire department to add to his personal collection of rare Ford vehicles. At that time he had the truck professionally repainted using top quality base coat clear coat paint. The truck had NO rust what so every. Every panel on this truck is 100% Original! The previous owner also added the General Grabber 35x12.50x15LT Red letter tires, Pacer wheels, and dual chrome tip exhaust. Other than that, this truck is exactly how the Fire department received the truck new in 1976. The interior is all original and it looks amazing. The interior was not painted so it does show some wear on the painted, but other than that it looks new. Under the Hood is the original 360ci V8 engine that has NOT been modified and still has all the factory tags and markings.
