1964 1/2 FORD MUSTANG CON ERTIBLE AUTOMATIC A/C GREAT DRIVER!
1964 Ford Mustang Convertible
This is the first year of the Mustang model. It is a 1965 model but called a 1964 1/2 as it is a very early production car. Items that make it obvious that it is the early model are still present. Originally a 3-speed manual transmission but changed over to a automatic transmission. Recently replaced fuel tank, fuel pump and rebuilt carburetor. New vintage style wood rimmed steering wheel (horn needs to be fixed) new dash pad, new carpeting and convertible top, sun visors, exterior door handles and much more!. Tires have plenty of tread. Chrome is average for age and paint is average,air conditioning unit needs to be serviced as it was not getting cold and fan belt currently off.
What keeps this from being a 30k car? Paint is good at 15 feet, but up close is getting thin in places and could use a paint job, but since the inside is white you could paint any color of your choice and still have a classic collectable car with original looks! This is a used vehicle, not completely restored. Recommend that you see it yourself prior to buying or have someone do it for you!
