Exterior

Peacock Blue paint presents well only a few minor chips in the paint car appears to have been driven very little since being repainted. Body is in great shape with no damage or rust evidence found. Chrome and trim is in very nice shape a small scuff on the front bumper but no other signs of cracks rust or pitting found. Rear taillight trim does show some tarnish and age as pictured. Driver side wing glass is not attached at door an attempt to repair appears to have been made in the past passenger side wing is attached but is loose and pushes in while driving at speed.

Interior

Interior also is in good shape seats show a small amount of wear and door panels do show some marks but no tears or rips found inside. Carpet shows use but no major stains or damage. Interior of hard top is in good shape soft top is behind the seat unknown condition.

Mechanical

Car had been sitting for a number of years and fuel system needed to be purged of old gas. Engine is running slightly rough but starts easily most likely is still burning a small amount of the old bad gas. Power steering does not seem to be working fluid may just need to be refilled. Power brakes work surprisingly well. Engine has plenty of power and transmission shifts as it should. No surprises from suspension.

Patrons of the museum may recognize this car as it was on display for a number of years. The owners have since decided to sell the car.As decoded from the VIN this Thunderbird has the more uncommon 312 V8 engine.
