1970 Ford MustangTime has come to sell my 1970 Mustang Fastback. I am the 2nd owner outside the family that originally owned this car. Came from Bristol TN, was bought buy the father who passed it down to his son. Deluxe interior M code 351c car. I have a copy of the original bill of sale. Car was in a minor accident when the son side swiped the guard rail messing up the passenger fender and firewall. Not sure why they didn’t fix the firewall when redoing the car but they didn’t. Not terribly noticeable but it is there. Car was painted and fixed in the 02-03 yrs. So paint is getting older. And has some age showing. As can be seen in pics below. Some cracking in the drip rails, chipping around the rockers area, and where the headlight bucket meets the fender. Car is not perfect but very solid with lots of looks. I bought this car as a rolling chassis, dropping my engine and trans in. Have most of the receipts from previous owner and mine. Was gonna convert this car over to a prostreet but just haven’t had time. Want to build a streetfighter type car for street handling and some track use. I have only had this car at track a few times. Mostly only been around town to local car shows etc.

Went 6.20 in 1/8 before the cam and intake swap. Has great potential I just lost interest and never finalized the setup.
Cars weight: 2550lb, 7-8 gal fuel in cell ready to race. Took to local charcoal plant drove across their scales which were installed 1 year ago so should be very accurate. Also that was weighed with the factory passenger seat which weighs about 25-30lbs which is not included in the sale.
Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction for a local buyer.
