1982 two owner truck with fresh C6 trans with less than 108k org miles

It has a few imperfections in the paint and the engine is inop (believe it spun a main bearing) .
Only a two owner vehicle and it spent several years in indoor storage .
The interior is in really good shape on the side of the seat it has plastic that is starting to crack.
Tranny was overhauled and HD torque converter less than 5k ago good Michelin tires .& spare
The exhaust is less then 2 years old with 1500 miles on it Headers with dual exhaust .
I would love to keep the truck if But I do not have the resources since retiring to replace the engine.
