1935 Ford Other 5 window sedan

NON COMPLETE 35' resto mod 5 window Ford, here now in Scottsdale. Car is 75% complete with most of the components included. This is a steel five window coupe titled as as a 1935 Ford, bodywork and paint are complete less final wetsand/buff. The engine is a new 302 cu V-8 coupled with a T4 automatic trans, rear end is 8 3/4 not sure of gearing. Underside has new Mustang 2 rack, new vented brakes.
Included with this package is all glass windows (shown) wiring harness, FRONT seats, multiple other factory parts, etc. The owner passed away recently, never finishing the car, I know he had a lot of time and money in it, but I don't have the time nor knowledge to finish it. Make me a decent offer and it is yours. I would appreciate a fair offer due to the emotionality of the sale.
I do not know cars nor how to build/finish something like this, hopefully you do! All I know is it cost $15k to paint, so I think this price is very fair.... private party, clean title, no tax.
