1981 Fiat 124 Spider

1981 Fiat 2000 Spider 124 Spider, Front engine, rear wheel drive, the Fiat Spider first appeared at the Turin Auto Show in 1966 and was produced until 1985. The car was designed by Tom Tjaarda who is renowned for many of his iconic creations such as the Ferrari 365 GT California, De Tomaso Pantera, and Aston Martin Lagonda Coupé. This extremely well maintained1981, fuel injected, Fiat 124 Spider, has been in the same garage since 1986, with original mileage. Upgraded Prima front brakes (modern calipers and much larger than original rotors), new radiator, and over-sized cooling fan make this a very driveable car. New, custom, hand-sewn interior, carpet, top, and restored leather steering wheel were done in 2017 by a local craftsman. Rota wheels with 205/50R15 Kumho Ecsta AST tires. New timing belt and water pump along with crank and cam seals were done at 51000 miles in 2015. Paint refreshed in the same, original color in 1994. NO RUST NO BODY FILLER. Sony radio with Bluetooth, USB, detachable face, and remote. INCLUDED are the original Cromodora Iron Cross wheels (set of 5, one is the spare tire), the original brake calipers and rotors, and a variety of other miscellaneous items. Also included is a Dust Stop fitted cover and a Road King zip cocoon cover. The car can be used as a daily driver, an incredible driving experience and always a head turner. I've enjoyed owning this car for 33 years and now it is time to share the fun!
