1977 Fiat 124 spider
Not moved or driven except to restore since it was stored by automotive company owners in 1985.This is a rare find. not a barn find nor a collectors showroom car. Other listing of a 1977 with 41K is $19,000+.This one has slightly more miles and needs the cosmetics done, but to get a low mileage car convert. that you can finish and save $10,000 is pretty sweat. Have amp, new base and mid-range speakers in boxes as it was my intent to have the latest/best sound system installed. they can go with the deal if you have similar plans.Backstory: My friends family (auto related industry) sold off the property where the car was stored and they sold it to me. They did not have time to restore it and I always wanted the car. Classic and timeless good looks. easy to work on affordable fun. All parts available new on line. Have new Stainless Steel trim pieces that go below the door and front to back (the rafter photo-they are still covered in protective wrapper). They still make this car in Poland or something. can personally tow to Austin or L.A. as I have family there and wouldn't mind the visit. OR can arrange shipping anywhere. Hard stuff is done. Easy to Finish the inside and body work for a perfect low mileage car OR drive as is.Divorce has stopped me from finishing this project. It is a 3rd car and no place to put it inside once I move to my new place. This car has ALWAYS been kept inside. Other folks are saying the price and interest in Spiders will go up when the 2017 version comes out in the USA. Note all air pollution stuff has been removed but i still have it if you want to put it back on for some reason. Also the 1977 is the highest Horse Power of any year made. So it breaks my heart not to have this car after wanting it since it was stored in '85. but I have to let this dream go. Call or reply with any questions.
