1980 Ferrari 360 Challenge

2001 Ferrari 360 ChallengeIf you're looking for the most sorted Ferrari 360 Challenge on the planet, this is it. I've raced this car for the past 3 seasons and put over $100k into making it perfect and sorting out every single issue. I just ran the car on 8/13/2016 at Sebring, car ran flawlessly in 100 degree temps all day. Dyno verified over 350hp to the wheels. I've set 2 lap records in this car and done 2:12s at Sebring in it. The car is awesome and sounds amazing as it has straight pipes, no muffler. Engine fully rebuilt to the tune of over $30k in 2012 and there have been about 3,000 miles since the rebuild.
Here's a SMALL list of some of the things that have been done:
  • Belt service
  • cam variators to new style
  • new fuel bladders ($10k alone, good to race in any series for the next 10 years)
  • new fire suppression system
  • new alternator
  • new battery
  • Fabspeed headers
  • differential just rebuilt June 2015
  • new ecu's
  • new bushings
  • new wheel bearings
  • new half shafts
  • new fuel pumps
  • new carbon fiber GT front bumper and splitter
  • Aeromotions GT rear wing
  • Motor last refreshed 2011 - Dynojet current verified hp of over 350 to the wheels
  • carbon fiber GT mirrors
  • new rear tie rods
  • New shocks
  • new rotors
  • new clutch
  • coolsuit
  • coolshirt helmet blower
  • custom, pre-preg carbon fiber rear diffusers
  • carbon fiber shift paddles
The list goes on and on. There's little left to do to this car other than arrive and drive, gas it and go.
I have three sets of wheels, sale includes one set of wheel, the other two sets and other spares can be negotiated. Two of the sets of wheels are silver, one is black. One of the sets of wheels has a brand new set of sticker Pirelli rains mounted.
I promise you, if you buy another 360 challenge that's been sitting around, you'll drop $50k just to get it running safely and consistently and spend more time sitting in the paddock than out on the track. That's why I went to the measures that I did to essentially rebuild this car from the ground up.
It's been a labor of love, I've won more than a dozen races in the car, but have moved on to a 458 challenge and don't drive this car as much as I feel it should be driven.
