1969 Dodge Charger SE

This Auction is for a 1969 Dodge Charger SE. First let me say I do not want to part with this car but my obligation to the National Guard and another little one on the way will prevent me for doing any work on her. I would hate to see her sit in the garage when someone could be enjoying her. Please read the full description before asking any questions. The car was restored sometime in the late 80’s early 90’s. Currently it is a 383 big block motor with a 727 automatic transmission and is painted plum crazy purple. Originally she was a B4 blue 4 speed car. She still has the 4 speed pedals and a 4 speed transmission that comes with the car. I bought her about 2 years ago to have as a working driving project. When I got it, t needed the brake vacuum booster and the turn signal switch replaced which I have done. The brakes are working great now but I am still having an issue with the switch not letting the passenger side brake lights work. Exterior The car will need some bodywork and paint. The old restoration is showing its age with bubble in the paint and areas where the paint has chipped off. The car has been stored indoors for at least last 5 years. Almost all the rust that can be seen is surface rust. There is damage to the front right fender as well as the left rear. Interior It has front seats from what I think was a 70’s challenger, ut I have the originals that will go with the car. The ones in the car are in good condition but do have rips in some of the seams. The carpet back seat door cards and headliner all are in great condition. It is missing a radio. I replaced the shifter with a B&M ratcheting shifter. Engine 383 big block, ould use a tune up / possible carb rebuild do to it sitting for long periods of time with old gas in it. Was running a little hot during the summer so I replaced the thermostat and have not had the issue since. Wheels The wheels and tires are brand new Vector racing wheels with less then 1000 miles on them. She needs some work but will make an excellent driver while you put her back together. She will need to be towed as I no longer have her registered and only the left brake lights are working at the moment. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel the auction at anytime. Please ask any questions you have before bidding. Thank you and good luck
