I bought this car last May from an older gentleman on an impulse. I thought it would be a cool summer cruiser. I ended up not driving it, nd now I need the space back so it has got to go. The car ran and drove OK when I got it, ut now it sputters and runs really rough after sitting for 6 months. It will die if you let your foot off the gas. I am not a mechanic and aside from checking the fluids, have not done anything to diagnose the problem. It could just need a tuneup or it could need more. I don't have time to mess with it. I am starting bidding at $500 with NO RESERVE.
Cosmetically, he car is a 9/10. The paint is immaculate (I think it has been repainted?), he interior is nice and very clean, nd there is NO RUST on the undercarriage or anywhere else. Tires are recent. Worth noting - There is a rip in theupholsteryon the driver's seat. Also, he power windows and speedo don't currently work. Everything else works, ncluding the power top. If you can make this car run nice, t would be an amazing summer cruiser that gets great gas mileage. I would love to keep it, ut I don't have the space for it.
