1971 Dodge Challenger

Here is a 1971 Dodge Challenger, first off let me just say this thing is rough. Anybody thinking they can buy it, and put $2500 into it and be cruising it this summer . . . your crazy! My brother bought it, he knew it needed restored but he didn't know how bad it was until we got it home and put it on the lift. The floor pans, frame rails, trunk floor and torsion bar cross member are rusted badly. The car is an original 318 car, it has a 318 in it now, I did not check to see if it the original motor. The hood has rust in the underside, the drivers side door, fender and quarter panel are rusty, the trunk lid is rusty. The roof has a large dent right above the windshield on the passenger side. The passenger side door, fender and quarter panel are decent, and should be savable. The windshield is broken, the rest of the glass is fine. The bumpers are mostly straight, but would need rechromed for a show car. The grille and headlight bezels are pretty decent overall. The tail light surround and lenses are in good shape. The side marker lights, are decent and the missing one is in the trunk. The dash pad is cracked, it has a rally dash with tach, slapstick auto with console, bucket seats, clutch pedal assembly with pedal dress up kit was installed by the previous owner. The door panels are decent and could be used after a good scrubbing. Most of the missing parts are in the trunk, I have tried to get a good picture of most of the parts included. There is also an extra trunklid included. It has some rust in the front drivers side corner, but is savable. It also has an 8 3/4 rear with unknown gears. The front passenger side wheel does not go with the car (unless you want all four) you will have to bring a wheel with you. This car is a great parts car with a clear title in my brothers name. He is just trying to get out of it what he has in it without parting it out and having the shell sitting around for the next 2 years.
There is a $250 non refundable deposit required when the auction ends via Paypal. Balance to be paid incashwhen picking up the car. We can store the car for 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made. Delivery is also a possibility. If you have any questions or want more pictures let me know. I have many pictures available.
