Why are we asking $5000.00 for a van that should only be worth $500.00??
This VAN is in great shape and has been maintained and updated. The donor's mom used this van and the donor happens to be a mechanic. There is a great story with this van. His mom passed away almost ten years ago. Since then it has been at this house. He started it weekly. When he saw something leaking he replaced it. When the transmission went on it he replaced it. This happened five years after his mom passed away. This van had a new engine about 15 years ago. A new transmission five years ago and has less then 1,000 miles on it. Everything is working great. Especially the wheelchair accessories. Amazing really. This van needs new paint and is rusty a little up top. However, inside is awesome and the mechanics are incredible.
Rear door goes up with a key. Ramp comes out with a key. There are no hand controls at this time but it can be converted to that. In addition, look at the chair accessory on the floor in the back. That is a chair that can be installed to allow the driver seat to move into the back and let the wheelchair driver get in and bring him or her back to the driving position. This item was installed at one time. The wiring is there and this item works. It is amazing that this van is in this condition at this age.
We had this van looked over at a mechanic shop and the gave it a clean bill of health. It passed emissions no problem last week.We also showed the van to a mobility company in Phoenix and it checked out well there too.
Our price is fair for the condition of everything. These units are expensive. We are hoping this helps the animals but also helps someone that may not have the money for a newer one. They can be very pricey.
Been in Arizona its entire life.
Thanks for looking. We have paperwork on this going back to the 90s.
Thanks!
