The transmission is a Chevrolet Turbo-Hydra 400 with 4000 stall and a trans brake. The shifter is a Hurst Manual Shift.The Gasser has a tube chassis with 36" ladder bar w/ coil over suspension, '37 Ford Dropped Straight Axle. The power gets to the ground VIA a Ford 9" 4:11 geared posi-trac rear end with Big Drum Brakes. The Gasser also has a LINE LOCK for the Power Burnouts!
