1964 Dodge Polara

Up for sale is my 64 Dodge Polara Max Wedge. This is a clone, car started its life as a 383 built in Los Angeles and has been in southern California since. The car is super clean and rust free! Bottom is factory under coated and clean, all factory metal. Original Black plates! The car has been a garage queen for over 10 years, taken out every now and then to a show or two. The Dodge Viper silver paint shines like a new penny still, has had a couple nicks touched up, nothing major at all. All the trim and chrome is very nice, most of it was redone, complete interior and rubber is like new from Legendary, dash plastic was restored and has the rare radio delete plate for the higher model cars! Original bucket seat car. As you can see in the pics the car is Really Nice! The hood is a light weight fiberglass lift off hood that fits really nice! Now lets get to some of the other good stuff, suspension parts were all replaced, rebuilt manual steering box etc. Has Super Stock springs out back with a 65 8 3/4, 4.10 posi in a 489 case, long wheel studs, drag shocks on all four corners with manual drum brakes. Battery in trunk, new stock gas tank and lines with a Holley Blue Max pump and filter under car above rear end. Transmission is a 65 push button slip yoke race built trans with a 3500 stall and reverse manual valve body. The engine is a fresh 66 440 HP block, .030 over pump gas friendly 10to1. Cam is a Comp cams solid 294, 525 lift, Max Wedge top end with roller rockers and two 600 Edelbrocks, most of all the bolts are ARP, 7 quart pan, aluminum water pump and housing, high torque starter, the list goes on and on. Dougs 2x3 1/2 headers with full 3" TTI exhaust. The engine doesn't have more than a few hundred miles. This thing is very street friendly, starts easy, drives nice and has a Ton of power when you mash down on it! The wiper motor is bad, unplugged the motor under the dash, never planned on driving in the rain anyway, the factory oil gauge doesn't work, gauge is bad, installed a nice mechanical oil gauge under dash. The tires are all HURST, rear cheater slicks and front runners, very cool!! 15x4 Americans up front and 15x8 deep steels in back. I'm sure I'm missing a bunch but if your interested ask questions, car for sale locally so auction may end anytime. If your looking for a really nice, fun Mopar then this is for you! I hate to see it go....
