1968 Dodge Charger

This is a doctors car, and its being sold because he never drives it. He has had the car since 1998. The car was a 318 car, but now has a 383 motor. The motor has less than 100 miles on it. The motor sounds great. Even the carb was rebuilt and looks new, I think its a 68 motor. The trans was rebuilt also, and is a 727 trans. This car had a four speed in it at one time so the pedals are still in the car, the clutch pedal is under the new carpet. The brakes work fine. The rear end is a 8and three quarter posi with a 373 gear. The car is from Florida, and is very solid from what I can see. It looks to be all original sheet metal, Ive never seen a charger this solid. The trunk looks like new, and is original. The car has some minor little bubbling on the rear behind the door, in front of the rear tire. I have the paint code for the car so it would be an easy fix. The paint has some chips that have been touched up and some very minor scratches very minor. The car has new front and back bumpers, and door handles. The interior has new factory seat covers front and back, and new carpet, and door panels, and head liner. The car needs a console, the one in it is bad, and dash pad, because it has some cracks, all an easy fix. Other than that the interior is nice. the headlights doors have to be open by hand, its all there so it could be something minor. The heater does not work because they by passed it off because the car is from FL and they don't need a heater. It just needs the heater hoses put back on. The car comes with the the original window sticker and 2 build sheets and a folder of stuff that has been done to it. The car was a very rare cruise control car. Its all there on the steering column, but not under the hood. The car looks real good and sounds great, it has a new complete dual exhaust system. It also has a new gas tank. If you want a real solid charger this is the one. Hit the key and drive it. Any ? please call 419-571-977seven.
