1965 Dodge Monaco
This is a 1965 Monaco that has been modified to be a fun in the sun car.It came from the factory with a hard top and a 383 low horsepower motor. I had to give it a cool look by cutting the top off and installed a 1996 corvette fuel injected LT1 engine w a 6 speed manual tranny.Then just for fun I removedthe 276 gear from the 742 rear and installed 391ring and pinion which unleashed it. This car is strictly a roadster it has no top. It has two seats and two seats only. It couldn't have all go and no whoa so I installed disc brakes on the front and new drums on the back. I removed all chrome trim and blacked out the bumpers. It has all new gauges am FMcd player and I frenched the antenna and shaved the door handles. It has a 12 gal fuel cell mounted in the trunk. I connected the front and rear frame with box tubing. Car drives and handles like a dream.Car has a clear WV title.
