When we were restoring the car and we were doing the motor, i continued to try and find the original motor and after months of looking I was able to find the original factory numbers matching motor that this car left the factory with .I will include it in the sale and the new buyer can do what he or she wants to.but you will now have the brand new motor with everything built new and is the date correct motor and another numbers matching one.We felt that since we were building this carback to a strong reliable no worries car and toall the original specs, like it was in 1969 but even better. That it was important not only to be visably correct but also totally reliable as well. We instead chose to hunt down no matter how hard or how far we had to go to getamotor that was the correct year and as close to the correct date this car was built. And having a really strong block to start with,we would build that motor all new.this way we knew everything would be right and no problems. And Now, I am selling this newly built car with an all new motor and transmission that is the correct year and I am including with the sale the numbers matching motor with the car.So if the new buyer wishes to rebuild the numbers matching correct motor thatwas with this car when it left the factory, they can do it them selves. I just feltand did not want tobuild two at once.and had at this point already finished the motor that was with the car when I purchased it. So itis an all new car built correctly and to factory specifications and having a year correct motor and a year correct transmission in perfect condition.all the dates are located on the motor and transmission right where they are supposed to be.If you have any questionsor want pictures feel free to contact me and I will do everything possible to get what you need.thank you and good luck in yo.ur bidding.I have hundreds of more pictures that show everything.so if you are interested please contact me and I can send them directly to you.this car also has a correct full size spare new with the sticker still on it mounted on a chrystler rim marked correctly.
