Up for bid is a numbers matching 1961 Dodge Dart Pioneer D 500 2 Dr Hardtop. Last year for the D 500 option! It's been in the family for about 18 years and it's been a California and Arizona car it's whole life and is a solid car! It has 361 HP with a 3 speed manual transmission,manual brakes and non power steering. It has electronic ignition and a new fuel pump, carburetor rebuilt, new shocks, nd the drive shaft was also rebuilt. Transmission and front end were rebuilt about 5 years ago. Car is missing nothing its all there! Everything works blinkers, orn, wipers, nd even the radio! It has an aftermarket power antenna that works perfectly! The cars paint is it's weak spot it's a good 10 foot car. It's a great driver quality car! It hauls for such a big car! Have fun now restore it later! It has very little rust look at pics floors, runk, and cowl are solid! There's a couple of very small holes in the trunk floor, ome in the rocker at the corner of the doors and a little in the rear wheel lip edges. The car is a great candidate for restoration. It has small dings and scratches. I have a NOS rubber insert for the bumper that goes with the car. Car draws a crowd where ever it goes and is a lot of fun at local car shows!
