These trucks are very hard to find in any condition but to be this nice really??? Just some history on this truck. TheD Seriesis a line ofpickup trucksthat was sold byDodgefrom 1961 to 1980. After 1980, he trucks were renamedDodge Ramand the same basic design was retained until the 1994 introduction of a completely redesigned Ram.A redesign of the D Series for 1972 that lasted until 1980 introduced a more rounded look, imilar to the 1973–1987GM C/K series. This redesign for the third generation, hat spanned until 1993 with minor changes, ncluded new features such as anindependent front suspensionandpocketed taillights(the distinctive reverse on top lights were recessed to .25in (6.4mm) to avoid damage in loading docks and confined spaces). Styling cues, uch as the scalloped hood and roundedfender wells, ere similar to the rounded, mooth look of the 1971Plymouth Satellite.
