Description:

1970 Dodge Coronet Super Bee

Purchased in 1995 and garaged for the last 20 years. Meant to be a project car that I never ended up having time for. Runs and drives. Not driven regularly since 2001. I drive it around the neighborhood but do not consider it road worthy

Engine is a 383 - Idon't think it's original. Carb is an aftermarket Holley 4 barrel. New gas tank sending unit and fuel pump this year. Air cleaner is original style but off a 440 car.

FactoryHurst pistol grip shifter - consoleis outof an automatic. Believe the transmission is original - it's out of the car and would need to be gone through. Currently has a 4 speed overdrive installed. Rear end is an open 3.55:1 (originally had a 3.23:1)

4 wheel drum brakes - new shoes wheel cylindersand master cylinder this year. Parking brake works.

Originally had 14" magnum wheels now has 15" Rallye Wheels with 235/60R15 BF Goodrich Radial T/As. Tires are 12 years old with about 20 miles on them.

Floor pans and carpet replaced in '95. No other bodywork has been done by me. Someone inexpertly tried to repair the quarter panels (see pictures). Willneed extensive sheet metal work - trunk quarter panels windowcorners etc. Drives side door hinges need the pins replaced (included). Bumper and trunk lid are damaged - extra bumper is included. Windshield has scratches from the wipers.

Bucket seat mechanisms work – will need new foam and reupholstering. Headliner rear deck cover heater vents and dash pad will need replacing.

I have the original build sheets from under the back seat – very fragile and some damage.

The car is for sale locally and I do reserve the right to endthe auction early.

Buyer is responsible for pick-up and shipping. Car is located in Houston TX 77036.
