Description:

1968 Dodge Charger

You are bidding on a 68 charger General Lee tribute. This car belongs to a good friend and he has owned it for about 6 years. He bought it from a west Texas owner and slowly did the transformation to where it is now. Although this car is mostly complet, t will need a few finishing touches . The car runs and drives well as the engine has less than 1000 miles since being rebuilt but it is missing the power steering pump. Belts have been routed accordingly. Tires are mismatched but new tires and Vector wheels were next on the adgenda until he decided to part with it a few days ago .Engine is a built 440 that runs and sounds impressive. Nice cam lope gives it that killer Mopar sound that only a Mopar big block can replicate. Trans is a rebuilt 727 and the rear sports 323 gears. Aftermarket aluminum radiator keeps things cool and the engine is fed thru 750 edelbrock carb.Interior is standard issue 68 Charger needing a dash cap and minor restoration. Dash has tic toc tach but it is inop. Exterior is nice but I would rate it a driver quality finish. Grill is missing some trim pieces but those are available here on eBay at a reasonable price. Overall this car is in good shape but I would consider it an unfinished project with all the hard work done and only needing a ne garage to call home . There is no visible rust anywhere on this car and all floors are 100% solid.Shipping is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder but I will help facilitate your shipping arrangements . International bidders ok but all funds must clear before the car can be scheduled for pickup. Bid with confidence as I have been an eBay member for over 15 years and in excellent standing .
