This is an original Blue Plate Southern California Low Mile 280Z in amazing condition all around!! This original SoCal car has been loved and maintained and it shows!! Z car is unmolested with the exception of minor tasteful enhancements. It retains its unmodified matching numbers drivetrain with rebuilt motor and custom exhaust. I"m a serious Z collector... I bought this with a JDM street pounder project in mind but it's too original and clean for me to do that now. It has original paint, unused jack and spare, original 8 track, UNCRACKED DASH (RARE!!!)... near perfect interior with working idiot lights buzzers etc. It's a fabulous runner driver with cold AC!!! It could be used daily as is or restore to original or finish the JDM thing... it has a good start with the rims, airdam, bumper, exhaust etc... I have the parts to restore or modify including a dog leg 5 speed... :) we can work out a package with parts if desired. This little Z would be an awesome weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection.
The car has original paint and no collision damage that I can see. It does have some easily fixable rust in the rockers and rear fenders but Frame, floors, rear hatch sill, and chassis are totally solid and clean... Doors close tight and windows work nice. New 16 inch mag rims and near new tires (ask about rim options if you dont like these... I have plenty). Get's tons of looks and compliments everywhere we roll.
The interior is fabulous... UNCRACKED DASH!! panels, carpet, and console all look great... seats have a little ware. Gauges, lights, and electronics all work properly including the clock!! Original dealer installed 8 track sound system!!
Rebuilt Original L28 motor starts idles and runs fantastic... tuned perfectly! The car has great power... Trans shifts smooth and strong through the gears!! Suspension feels tight and provides excellent ride and brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, powerful, and reliable... freshly serviced and tuned... ready to roll.... definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is a really cool Classic Z in great condition all around. I am a Z collector. This one makes a great investment and/or Awesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like. Great for any enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool and unique Vintage sports car at a great price.
